1 - Consultation
Your Invisalign journey to a straighter smile begins with a consultation with your Vancouver dentist. During your initial Invisalign consultation your dentist will do a full examination of your teeth and mouth to determine whether Invisalign is the right orthodontic treatment for you.
If you're a good candidate for Invisalign treatment your dentist will give you a preview of what your smile could look after completing your Invisalign treatment.
2 - Receive your personalized treatment plan
Next, your dentist will take detailed scans and/or impressions of your teeth in order to create your personalized treatment plan. Your Invisalign treatment plan will map out the steps of your treatment for the coming months.
3 - Aligners are custom made for you
Once your treatment plan is ready, the scans and/or impressions of your teeth will be sent to Invisalign's manufacturing facility where your aligners will be custom made to fit your teeth.
Your Invisalign clear aligners will be made from a thin flexible plastic material called called SmartTrack®. Invisalign clear aligners do not contain BPA, BPS, latex, or gluten.
4 - Treatment begins
As soon as your aligners are ready and delivered to your dentist, your treatment can begin.
Contact your dentist to make an appointment to pickup your aligners. While you're there, your dentist will check that your aligners fit correctly, show you how to wear them, and go over your treatment plan with you.

Over the course of your treatment, you will visit your dentist for brief checkups which will allow your dentist to monitor your progress, and make sure that your treatment stays on track.
5 - Live your life without interruptions
